Improv Teacher

Peter has been teaching and coaching improvised comedy for 20 years. Based in London and Amsterdam, he has taught all over Europe. He enjoys teaching all levels and loves watching people discover and explore their inner potential.  He has developed many workshops and courses of his own and believes the best way to learn is by doing.

Specialist subjects: Film, TV, theatre and literature genres (styles); listening; being in the moment; storytelling (including hero’s journey, structured and unstructured); game-playing; solo and duo improvisation.

As well as improvised theatre, Peter has also developed courses in stand-up comedy and sketch comedy. Last year at least 4 former stand-up students had shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
